Opportunities — Submit your project
Transform scientific potential into a structured asset.
AXIOM assesses the scientific, technological, regulatory, economic and commercial feasibility of your project and structures its path toward validation, intellectual property protection, funding, licensing and market entry.
Who is it for
Who can submit a project?
01
Researchers and scientific groups
02
Universities and research institutions
03
Science-based startups
04
Companies with internal R&D projects
05
Inventors and IP holders
06
Laboratories and technology centres
07
Organisations with impact projects
08
Developers of innovative products, processes or technologies
Submitting a project does not represent automatic approval, a funding commitment or a public offer. Every project goes through an initial assessment of fit, maturity, documentation and development potential.
What we assess
A multidimensional feasibility assessment.
Scientific feasibility
Quality of evidence, scientific rationale, hypotheses, methodology and reproducibility.
Technological feasibility
Development stage, TRL, prototype, scalability and technical challenges.
Intellectual property
Ownership, prior art, protectability, freedom to operate and filing strategy.
Regulatory pathway
Classification, applicable requirements, required studies and possible regulatory barriers.
Market and application
Problem addressed, demand, differentiation, potential users, partners and priority markets.
Economic feasibility
Development costs, investment stages, preliminary valuation and possible monetisation models.
How it works
From submission to structuring.
Initial submission
Receipt of the non-confidential information about the project.
Eligibility screening
Initial assessment of scientific, technological and strategic fit.
Diagnostic meeting
Understanding the project, team, current stage, needs and objectives.
Feasibility analysis
Scientific, technological, regulatory, economic, commercial and IP assessment.
Development roadmap
Definition of stages, risks, deliverables, budget and progression criteria.
Asset structuring
Organisation of governance, documentation, valuation and Data Room.
Capitalisation strategy
Definition of the most suitable path: R&D funding, corporate partnership, licensing, co-development, royalties or another applicable structure.
Eligible projects
What do we look for in a project?
A clearly identified scientific, technological or social problem
0A minimally documented technical or scientific rationale
1An identified responsible team, company or institution
2Potential application or market need
3Possibility of stage-gated validation
4Basic documentation available
5Demonstrable ownership or participation in the project
6Availability to work with governance and transparency
7A clear need for development, validation, funding or licensing
8Early-stage projects can also be assessed. The absence of a patent, prototype or clinical study does not automatically prevent a submission.
Confidentiality
Share only what is necessary in the first stage.
The initial submission should contain only general, non-confidential information. Sensitive technical documents, formulations, unpublished data, intellectual property strategies and restricted commercial information will be requested later, when applicable, through a controlled environment and confidentiality instruments.
