Governance & Transparency

Science, capital and verifiable governance.

AXIOM structures its scientific assets with evaluation criteria, documentary traceability and governance designed to allow diligence and monitoring across the entire development cycle.

Principles

Governance principles

Six functions that define how an asset is evaluated, documented and followed. Where a function is prepared but not yet operating, it is described as such.

01

Scientific Governance

Scientific and technical criteria for the evaluation and ongoing monitoring of assets.

02

Due Diligence

Organisation of scientific evidence, intellectual property, technical documentation and information relevant to assessment.

03

Conflict of Interest

Structure prepared for the declaration and management of potential conflicts of interest.

04

Traceability

History of evolution, maturity, documentation and milestones of each Scientific Asset.

05

Compliance

Structure prepared for applicable KYC / AML procedures and regulatory requirements according to the nature of each operation.

06

Auditability

Architecture prepared to allow verification of records, operations and movements where applicable.

    Licensing / Market

Each Scientific Asset may sit at a different level on each dimension below. The stages are not a linear guarantee: an asset can hold strong evidence with limited protection, or advanced protection with early-stage validation.

The viability index is an internal assessment instrument. It is not a guarantee of commercial or financial success.

Asset transparency

What each asset may disclose

Depending on availability and access level, an asset record may present the following fields. Fields without real information are not filled with substitutes.

Access levels

Transparency is not the Data Room

Transparency

Institutional information and asset information that can be made publicly available.

Data Room

Technical, scientific, legal, financial or strategic documentation intended for due diligence, which may require authorisation or an NDA.

Roadmap

Financial transparency, when capital is real

AXIOM is pre-raise. The modules below are architected and typed, but remain inactive until real operations exist — none of them is displayed with illustrative figures.

  1. Capital raised
  2. Allocation
  3. Scientific milestones
  4. Evidence
  5. Outcomes

  • On-chain verification, where applicable

Tokenisation & on-chain records

Tokenisation is treated as possible infrastructure for registration and structuring. Not every asset is tokenised, and a blockchain record does not create value, return, ownership or legal certainty by itself.

When real on-chain records exist, each entry will display only verifiable fields:

  • Network
  • Token / Asset identifier
  • Transaction hash
  • Timestamp
  • Explorer link
  • Relevant contract address

Evidence layer

Assets linked to verifiable evidence

The data model already links each Scientific Asset to evidence and intellectual property records, so publications and milestones can be connected without restructuring.
